As previously touched upon, whether it's PW Audio's upscale cable dubbed "Meet Agains" or Ambient Acoustics MAD24 making a comeback to the spotlight after a prolonged absence, both share some common elements. When encountering the amalgamation of these two products with the sentiment of a reunion, I found myself experiencing a myriad of emotions I had never felt before. Lately, the combination I've been using most frequently is the Astell & Kern SP3K Copper, their latest flagship player. In comparison to the standard SP3K version, the Copper edition revisits the sound signature typical of AK flagship products that I'm more accustomed to. It softens the sharp edges while maintaining high quality. This particular style meshes well with the Meet Agains cable. What sets Meet Agains apart is its knack for adapting to the tonality and sound profile of the connected equipment, boosting control across all frequencies. With this setup, the SP3K Copper's warmth is beautifully preserved and enhanced, radiating a bright quality as well. When utilizing the full setup comprising of the Hiby RS8+ with the Meet Agains and MAD24 combination, the level of detail and micro-dynamics is remarkably rich and exceptional. Particularly after attentive listens to Eminem's album, each intricate detail lingers in my mind, immersing me deeply in the music. The three frequency ranges exhibit excellent balance, showcasing the full spectrum of any music genre with integrity. The capability to construct a robust musical framework is a standout feature, likely attributed to a convergence of various elements, especially the robust driving power of the RS8, MAD24's single-sided 24BA, and Meet Agains' impressive layering prowess. This synergy results in a high-quality and refined sound reproduction performance. This combination is particularly well-suited for R&B or Hip-Hop music genres. When paired with the Lotoo PAW Gold Touch Titanium, focus on exploring the distinct qualities across different frequencies for an enhanced listening experience. Let's begin by discussing the low frequencies. MAD24 is known for its strong analysis capability, and when paired with the top-notch pure copper wire of Meet Agains, powerful analysis is to be anticipated. Over the years, I've always placed significant emphasis on low-frequency analysis, whether it pertains to IEM, players, or cables. Achieving high-quality and natural low-frequency texture is a challenging feat, yet this combination manages to excel in this aspect. Within the mid-frequency, it might initially come across as unassuming. However, upon closer examination, you'll discover that it offers an adequate amount of detail, with information and density gradually revealing themselves. This imparts a sense of modesty and assurance as you delve deeper into the sound. When it comes to the high and ultra-high frequencies, instead of an overtly pronounced taste, this combination exudes a more "moderate flavor." It showcases stability and organization but may lack a hint of refinement and opulence.  Firstly, Meet Agains demonstrates exceptional compatibility across a range of drivers, be it multi-driver balanced armature, single dynamic driver, hybrid driver, or IEM with electrostatic drivers. It truly maximizes the potential of earphones as a cable. Secondly, being a pure copper cable, it's commonly known among audiophiles that low frequency optimization tends to be more pronounced compared to the higher frequency range. However, Meet Agains carefully balances all three frequencies, preventing any noticeable gaps in the sound profile. Additionally, while MAD24 is refined and potent, it doesn't overly prioritize aggressiveness and excitement. It may not be the best fit for mainstream songs, especially those featuring a vocal-centric approach.
