Lime Ears' entry model, Λ (lambda), has a full frequency band and a highly detailed sound that's technical but still keeps its musicality. Designed for users who need comfortable sound with enough clarity to appreciate details, while delivering modern sound with high fidelity. The tone is neutral, with a slight bias toward the high-mids and vocals, gritty guitars, and punchy snare drums come through clearly. Lambda uses two balanced armature, of which the vented woofer makes the low frequencies appear bulky rather than dominant. The sound field is slightly wide, the depth is moderate, and the high separation constructs a comprehensive image. The sound is easily reminiscent of a high-fidelity stereo system.
